Full time hours per week - 6 Month Fixed Term

Salary £25, £27,486.00 depending on experience plus Serco benefits


Main Purpose:


To provide an administrative service to within Customer Support ensuring records are kept confidential and secure, produce reports, take minutes of meetings and organise and maintain appropriate administrative systems to support service delivery.


Main Accountabilities:
Collate and process weekly and monthly payroll data and liaising with Central Payroll Services; and any other general payroll duties Establish and maintain appropriate administrative systems to support recording of information in department Be responsible for updating the Master Roster and Work Force Management Review and prioritise work within agreed parameters Record minutes of meetings Filing Photocopying Provide administrative services to other departments as and when required Produce reports as required by the department managers Data input Record keeping Any other administrative duties Use of Microsoft Office packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Finance system HR system Payroll system Computer Aided Facilities Management system (CAFM)
