Description
Lead the engagement with families to ensure all information is family focused, relevant and helpful. Work with partners to develop safe and effective communication to support quality clinical care. Ensure agreed systems and processes are in plan and monitored to consistently provide safe, effective high quality patient care.

Through visible leadership ensure that the delivery of kind, compassionate and respectful care takes place, and that the Trust nurture relationships with women and families that involve better listening and decision making.

Identify own training and professional development needs to maintain clinical credibility. In accordance with professional codes of conduct, maintain own professional development and competence to practise. Provide expertise to facilitate the interpretation of data into intelligent information.

Develop and foster effective partnership collaborating with other stakeholders, external agencies, healthcare, and social care providers to facilitate the sharing and benchmarking of data as required.
