Hours: 37.5 Hours 9am - 5.30pm

Duties of a Sales Support Account Manager

  • Quote management and administratioh for Key customers
  • Working in conjunction with the Sales team & Service Desk teams
  • Dealing with and handling queries directe to the managed Services Department
  • Owning issues and Requests, feeding back regularly

Skills Required as Sales Support Account Manager

  • Ideally 2 years within a Sales role (Not IT essential)
  • Possesses strong communication skills
  • A good understanding of the channel and our market is essential
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Gets firsthand customer information and uses it for improvments in products and services
