Beechcroft Care Homes LTD is looking for a Lead Handyman based in Torquay, with a competitive salary of £35,000 P/A

Beechcroft Care Homes is a well established, friendly, local company made up of 4 care homes and 5 private houses all within Cary Park, Torquay, which limits the traveling between sites.

We are looking for someone with general hands - on trade skills especially, in carpentry, with the ability to lead a team of 4 maintenance people.

You will be reporting directly to the Property Manager, looking after 150 bedrooms for the elderly, and over seeing maintenance in our staff houses.

This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some on call time at weekends and evenings.

We are looking for someone with the relevant skills to support and guide our maintenance team, you must have a positive can do attitude and be sensivive to our elderly residents.

Pay:
£35,000.00 per year
