Upto £24,869 PA + yearly bonus

The Role:

An exciting opportunity to become the
Deputy Room Leader in a baby room. Exciting opportunities to work in the Toddler and Baby Room.

You must be experienced, confident and eager to lead others, ready to embark on the next step of your career.

Responsibilities:

You will assist the Room Leader in leading a team of 7 staff practitioners of various qualifications, with the responsibility of coaching/mentoring and improving practice.
You will comanage the daily running of the classroom, plus have overall responsibility in the absence of the Room Leader.
You will oversee your team of practitioners in all aspects of their role, from daily interactions to assessing their key children's online learning journals.
Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years recognised by Gov/OFSTED guidelines
Experience of Leading a team in an early years' environment
Ability to work as part of a team and confident at leading
Understanding of a playbased approach to children's learning and development as well as an understanding of the EYFS.
