Working as part of the team, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an entrepreneurial Mortgage Adviser to work with a market leading Estate Agency business across the
Bridgnorth, Ludlow & Worcestershire areas, who through quality, integrity, and excellence, aim to be the most highly trusted source of advice to clients for their financial needs during the home buying process and beyond, evolving over theyears.

You will be part of a fast-paced Estate Agency and Financial Services team and the role will involve you taking responsibility for all aspects of the mortgage sales process

Ability to confidently deliver advice & recommendations online, on the telephone and in person is an absolute must

The Role - Mortgage Adviser

You will provide advice, guidance and updates to clients and lenders. These situations may require the use of excellent negotiating and empathetic skills to reach a satisfactory outcome
You will be responsible for building strong working relationships with customers and lenders and for maintaining the client database, ensuring information is regularly checked and updated

Competitive salary package, very realistic £6070K OTE

The Person - Mortgage Adviser

You will have been working as a Mortgage Adviser for a minimum of 2 years
A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and have strong numerical and written skills
Ability to confidently deliver mortgage & protection advice, solutions and recommendations
Precision, efficiency, and the ability to spot errors in your own work are essential attributes for this role
You are organised and able to work using your initiative within a busy team
As a Mortgage Adviser you are confident dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion
A mortgage qualification is essential, CIICF1, CF6 or the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP).
