About the role
This management position is a client-facing role integral to the delivery of consulting projects and our solution engagements across our service lines.
With your oversight, your team will consistently deliver high-quality work that meets the highest standards of excellence, keeping clients on track with the overall strategy.
You thrive with clients and the responsibility of making it happen.You find energy and excitement in the challenge of partnering with enterprise marketing and sales leaders and their teams to develop, execute and orchestrate multi-faceted client growth programs.
Your prior experience will give you confidence, clarity and perspective to guide stakeholders in the development and implementation of integrated account development, client marketing and account-based go-to-market programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a group of clients and a team of consultants to deliver integrated engagements that span from initial discovery, diagnostic to strategy development, program design, development, and value realisation.
_Delivery Excellence _
- Strong understanding of resourcing and budget management ensuring the right team is in place to deliver great work at a good margin.
- Initiate regular interactions with clients, fostering the strongest of relationships and ensuring their active and enthusiastic participation in our engagements.
- Own clientlevel discovery, diagnostic and assessment activities such as client data analysis and insight development, content analysis, technology assessments, and gap analysis.
- Design and facilitate client workshops (virtual/hybrid/inperson), lead organisational readiness assessments, guide account segmentation and prioritisation initiatives, develop comprehensive gotomarket strategies.
- Conduct interviews with senior marketing and sales leaders, members across their revenue teams and end customers.
- Develop value propositions, messaging, engagement, and content strategies.
_Leadership _
- Proven ability in building, guiding and developing a small team of consultants, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
- Originate innovative solutions that leverage data, technology and creativity.
- Partner with internal and client teams to deliver marketing and sales enablement via customised advisory, learning and development programs.
- Enable clientside marketing and sales teams through ongoing program orchestration, management and measurement.
- Champion rigorous standards in project scoping, management and quality, ensuring timely, profitable delivery of consulting and advisory assignments.
- Ensure the success of delivery from diagnostic through to implementation across multiple client engagements in the client practice.
- Skilled in leading multiple, concurrent client projects, ensuring they are appropriately resourced, scoped and delivered on time while maintaining high standards of quality. This involves close collaboration with the Consultancy systems, processes and the Business Operations function.
