A West Midlands Local Authority are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join thier Contract Management and Quality Assurance team specifically focussing on Children's Services.


The role includes:

  • Liaising directly with customers in their service environments to understand their lived experiences, service satisfaction and facilitation of the outcomes they wish to achieve as a key indication of quality in care/support.
  • Developing and sustaining robust partnerships with key stakeholders; in particular health providers and commissioners, housing and private, independent, community and voluntary providers andcolleagues within the Council to assure the quality of commissionedservices.

You will require:

  • Experience working operationally in a social care, health or education environment at a senior level.
  • Significant experience of effective partnership working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver identified outcomes
  • Knowledge of Children's Services and Ofsted regulations
Agile working - mainly hole based but must be available to attend office in Warwick when required.
Minimum 4 months with option to extend. 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.
