We are currently looking to recruit a
Stock and Administration Manager who will be responsible for forecasting, planning, co-ordinating, managing and running an efficient stock and administration Team, whilst also processing and investigatingvarious stock related reports on K8.

What does the role involve?

As
Stock and Administration Manager, you will be responsible for all stock related activity within the branch, including the ordering of stock, with a strong emphasis on stock planning.

You will work closely with all members of the branchteam in order to establish and maintain the
highest levels of customer service within the management of administration processes, ensuring a consistent, high standard of service is provided to internal and external customers and stakeholders.


Stock targets will be managed through effective planning and ordering of products, you'll ensure a 'best in class' service is achieved which will help support the overall profitability of the branch.

Working closely with brands to maintainspecialisation within site, you'll provide leadership to a small team of direct reports, coaching and motivating them whilst leading by example.

Overall, you will engender a culture within the branch which generates profit whilst recognising and promotingthe absolute importance of health and safety, environmentally responsible behaviour and the highest standards of business ethics and compliance with corporate requirements.

You will also be responsible for managing the KPI's for your team and any people management within your remit.

  • Experience in
    stock control and inventory management, in addition to demonstrable experience of
    managing a Team, preferably within a similar role
  • A
    strong customer focus, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with a range of internal and external customers and stakeholders
  • A proven track record of working within a highly pressurised,
    continually changing environment:
  • To be proficient in IT including
    Microsoft Excel and a have good working knowledge of Kerridge systems (K8)
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritise jobs are essential

  • Commercial awareness of branch performance, with the ability to prove results with KPI's
