Description

The role forms part of NHS GM's overarching Business Support function.

The broad purpose of the role is support the Designated Safeguarding Team and the business support service to the Directorate including coordination of resources as required.

The role will ensure smooth running of related safeguarding and business support arrangements associated with the directorate as well as contributing to the overarching business support function as required meeting the needs of MHCC.

The role will participate in the development of the business support functions in the Safeguarding functions across MHCC including supporting the development of appropriate policies, procedures and systems.

The role will work with key multiagency stakeholders involved in safeguarding to identify and promote opportunities for continuous service improvement

The role will work collaboratively with colleagues across multiagency partnerships to support the function and ensure a resilient, comprehensive and professional service
