X2 NIGHT PROJECT WORKER

37.5 hours per week on a fixed 2-week rota

SCP13-15 £23,976 - £24,944

BASED IN BOLTON
We are advertising for two Night Project Workers at our Young Parents' Accommodation in Bolton.

You will provide a high standard of housing management that delivers a safe environment for young parents and their babies.

You will also provide excellent customer service and work with the young parents in a strengths-based way to support them to achieve their goals.


The role involves supporting the young parents to look after the health and development of themselves and their babies, working positively with other professionals.

This is a residential night shift working role.

The hours consist of 9:30pm to 8am shifts, 2-week shift pattern with 3 nights in week hours) and 4 nights in week 2 (42 hours), with 1 weekend off each fortnight.

The additional 1.5 hours per fortnight will be to attend staff meetings, supervision or training and arranged on an ad hoc basis.

This equals 75 hours over a 2-week shift pattern.


Flexibility is essential to ensure that the service needs are met and an NVQ2 in Health & Social Care (Adults) or similar qualification or equivalent education or work experience is essential.
