Description

My client is well respected multi-site retail business with their head office based in Coleshill but also offering Hybrid working.

As part of their continued expansion across the UK, FRS have been enlisted to assist with the recruitment of a Financial Controller.

This position will work closely with the Finance Director and Managing Director leading a small finance team with the focus of looking after day-to-day and high-end financial activities of the business.

Implementing full management accounts procedures
Evaluating suitability of current systems and processes
Implementing suite of reports with information on sales and costs to bring visibility to the business and improve decision making
Cashflow forecasting for internal and external stakeholders
Streamlining existing processes and procedures
Managing and developing a small team
Responsibility for daytoday accounts preparation from
Responsibility for all financial and management reporting
Statutory accounting
Budgeting, forecasting
Producing robust and timely management information
Liaison with, and management of, relationships with external stakeholders including Bank and audit
Overseeing payroll function
Ad hoc finance projects and any other finance related queries

In return a basic salary of £45,000 to £65,000 + Benefits and bonus await.
