Our Customer Service Centre in Tadcaster plays a key role in ensuring our customers can keep pouring drinks for their patrons.


No previous experience needed - if you have great administrative and customer service skills, you'll thrive in this post.


The Role - Customer Service Maintenance Planner:

  • Full training will be given.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for Innserve's technicians, team managers and customers.
  • Planning and organising their day to day activities such as maintenance or installation visits and speaking to the customer to ensure they are ready for the technician's visit.
  • Working to agreed timescales to ensure work is completed by the expected date.
  • Hybrid working available we are flexible to work around you (our team normally spend 60% of their time at home and 40% in the office).

Who are we looking for?

  • You will be confident at communicating and able to form positive working relationships with technicians and customers.
  • You will have good attention to detail, be organised, selfmotivated and can work independently with the ability to plan and prioritize workloads with a structured approach.
  • You will be a strong team player who wants to succeed.
  • You will be happy to assist and support colleagues around you and juggle your priorities to achieve team goals as well as personal ones.
  • An understanding of the licensed trade would be a distinct advantage, but not essential.
