Hours of work: 08:00 - 17:00 - Monday - Thursday / 08:00 - 13:00 Friday


Salary:
£27,000 - £32,000 Per Annum


Mainstay Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Sales Estimator on behalf of a bespoke sheet metal fabrication business in the Willenhall area.

As a Sales Estimator, you will be responsible for costings of incoming drawings and tenders from existingcustomers, quoting and sell the services of laser cutting, brake press, welding and subcontracts.


Duties:


  • Costing of incoming drawings and tenders from existing customers
  • Breakdown of materials, labour and subcontracted operations and associated costs
  • Liaising with internal departments reference lead times and issuing the quotation to the customer.
  • Quote and sell the services of Laser cutting, Press Brake Forming, Welding, and subcon operations
  • Working from Customer drawings to produce detailed quotations.
  • Liaise with subcontract suppliers as required
  • Monitoring enquiries within the company and speaking direct with customers
  • Seeking out and generating new business opportunities
  • Building relationships with customer to ensure repeat enquiries.
  • Previous experience within an Estimator role with experience in a sheet metal fabrication shop or metal profiling environment
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM Software an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail.

Hours of work & Salary:


  • 08:00 17:00 Monday Thursday / 08:00 13:00 Friday
- £27,000 - £32,000 Per Annum
