Lead HR/Payroll Implementation Consultant (iTrent)

Salary:
up to £55,000pa

Location:
remote

JGA are partnered with a leading provider of HR, Payroll and Finance Consulting who are seeking a Lead HR/Payroll Implementation Consultant with iTrent and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities:

Mentoring more junior consultants
Leading client meetings
Devising appropriate governance processes
Offering advice on configurations and impact
Holistic approach to HRIS, HR and Payroll functions
Using reporting tools to schedule analytics for clients

Skills required:

Experienced HRIS consultant with a strong background in iTrent
Ownership of project lifecycles
Proven knowledge of iTrent configurations
Confident in data migrations
Contextual awareness of HR and Payroll across multiple sectors and how iTrent must be configured differently
