They have dedicated buy and sell-side teams who execute deals in the mid-market.

Key skills and experience:

Existing M&A deal execution experience is critical, working as part of either another boutique, accountancy firm or investment bank
24 years of postgraduate experience
Excellent technical skills such as modelling, valuation and analysis
Interest in working with innovative businesses and entrepreneurs
