Noble Fencing Contractors are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team, overseeing projects across the North East.

About the Role:

As Contracts Manager, you will oversee the planning, design, and safe installation of commercial fencing products across the North-East (Predominantly Teesside and North Yorkshire).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Onsite surveys
• Estimating to cost enquiries
• Following up enquiries and developing new business
• Managing contract budgets
• Managing site operatives
• Managing the programme of works
• Managing plant / plant hire
• Risk Management / Health & Safety Compliance documentation preparation

Hours

• Mon
• Thursday: 8.00am 5.00pm
• Fridays: 8.00am 3.30pm.

To be considered for the role, you will:

• Be a proven Contracts Manager with experience within the construction industry (preferably fencing)
• Be able to manage and develop key accounts
• Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
• Be wellorganised, selfmotivated with an enthusiastic attitude towards the sales process
• Be confident with IT systems and proficient in Microsoft, Word and particularly Excel
• Have a desire to pursue a career in Contracts Management
