We are investing in our project management team so we can continue to transform how we work and how we deliver our services - putting the user at the heart of what we do.

We are looking for a programme officer who is dynamic, forward-thinking, and -perhaps most importantly of all - a team player.

We want someone who has experience in leading business transformation projects and supporting colleagues in other service areas to identify opportunities.

You will be part of our Business Transformation team, which has been set up specifically to drive our improvement journey - bringing our customers, members and staff along too.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of improvement projects, ensuring they are delivered fit-for-purpose, to the agreed time and cost, and in line with your user-centred service design.

The Business Transformation team is made up of digital officers, project managers, a business analyst, and a web developer - and sits within the wider corporate team with close links to communications and design.

To sum up, it's a creative team with a 'can do' attitude - focused on delivering improvements to provide the best possible result for our customers.

You should possess a relevant degree/professional qualification or have evidence of substantial relevant experience. You will be required to undertake a presentation if selected for interview.

You will also be expected to possess and be prepared to discuss examples of projects you have managed and delivered.
