Description

We are looking for 1 Nursing Healthcare Assistant to support our Nursing teams - one based in our Kettering team, and the other to join our Northampton team.

As a Nursing Healthcare assistant you will possess a can-do, positive and forward thinking attitude to undertake this valuable and rewarding role.

You will be supporting the Nursing team to provide outstanding care to clients within the learning disability services based within the Community Team for People with a Learning Disability (CTPLD).

All of our staff members must be compassionate, flexible and creative in their approach, working alongside the wider multi-disciplinary team (MDT) and our volunteers and students to provide quality and effective care for our clients.

You will work under the direction and support of the qualified nursing team.

Our team aim to enhance, optimise, and promote a positive quality of life for people with a Learning Disability in Northamptonshire.

CTPLD is a supportive, dynamic and energetic staff group who are passionate about the care of those with a learning disability.

NHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community.

Because we put the person at the centre of all we do, we focus on delivering care that is as easy to access as possible.

This means many of our services can be provided at home, work or in schools.
