As a Project Planner you will be planning digital training programmes for people learning in the military.

You will be following waterfall and agile delivery methods and will be responsible for creating, analysing, and maintaining client solutions.

If you are up for this challenge, you will be joining at a time of growth and change. It's an exciting time for the group. They've hired over 50 people this year and are set to do the same in 2023. You won't be the only newbie in the military project planning team early next year either. We are recruiting 2 X Project Planners.

You have flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week and will benefit from a brilliant benefits package. Especially the pension contribution scheme. Basic salaries are regularly industry benchmarked and there is bonus earning opportunities.

As you'd expect, your duties will be varied in this project planning role.

You will be supporting media delivery teams, identifying risks, planning change requests, securing accurate data sets, reporting, profiling and being an important voice to many stakeholders.

Requirements*- You must have relevant planning experience in project, or business planning.

  • You must have a strong understanding of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
  • You must be highly proficient on Microsoft Project and have strong computer skills.
  • Although not essential, previous planning experience for service delivery to government, military, or any other public sector organisation would be an advantage.
Benefits*- Basic Salary up to £35K per year. This is the maximum salary offered for this role and is negotiable depending on experience.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
