(EMEA)
Permanent employee, Full-time - Remote
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
As a well-established brand in DACH, we are expanding into EMEA.
You will be joining our Expansion Team and be at the forefront of this exciting journey, working closely with our VP of Sales, Tom.
You will introduce the world of conversational commerce to new prospects and showcase the myriad of opportunities it offers.
Ultimately, you are driving the revenue growth for charles and hence you have a direct impact on the speed we grow.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, as well as growing existing accounts
- You will run the fullcycle sales role with responsibility for generating pipeline, closing deals, and delivering exhilarating product demos
- You will analyze the performance of potential customers and learn how to identify potential for business improvement for them to achieve using charles
- As our gotoperson for the EMEA region, you will be asked to provide regular feedback to Marketing, Product teams to understand our customers better and improve processes
YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND VALUES
- Ability to show high level of resilience in compelling situations and collaborate on complex negotiations
- You can create powerful sales presentations and have a clear and effective voice for engaging with our audience
- Ideally you have a profound knowledge of the ecommerce market and SaaS technologies
- You are familiar with GDPR legalization and have the ability externally partner with legal teams to create bulletproof contracts
- Very good understanding of our ideal customer profile and buying persona partners, being able to develop patterns for the outbound and cold approaches
- Ideally fluent both in
English and _Italian_

We are based in Berlin and office-first company. Join us from London, Milan or anywhere in Europe
working remotely - remotees visit us once a month.
