Description
Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Reconciling delivery notes with the correct purchase orders.
  • Matching delivery notes to correct purchase invoices.
  • Check the invoices have been priced correctly.
  • Accurately input the invoices on to Sage.
  • Reconcile supplier invoices with month end statements.
  • Assist with invoice queries checking and allocation of credit notes.
  • Liaise with suppliers on queries and discrepancies.
  • Create a report for month end supplier payments.

You must have:

  • Minimum of 5 years basic bookkeeping / accounting experience.
  • Good communication skills and good telephone manner.
  • Legible handwriting is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
