As we continue to rapidly grow, a newly created opportunity has arisen for a Revenue Enablement Specialist to support our EMEA region.


What you'll be doing

  • As part of our Revenue Operations team, you will work as part of a global team to create and deliver ongoing product and skill enablement for both new and tenured employees
  • You'll own the EMEA onboarding program and deliver a new starter Bootcamp aimed at reducing our Sales & Success ramp time.
  • You'll partner with our Global product and product marketing teams to create and deliver new feature learning workshops and implementations.
  • You will develop and deliver industry enablement sessions for the GTM function
  • You'll become an expert at using EdApp, SafetyCulture's multiaward winning mobile LMS, for microlearning and reinforcement learning.

Who you are

  • Demonstrated ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders to take concepts and turn them into measurable training content
  • Strong communicator with solid project management skills
  • Able to plan and execute strategy based on a data driven, analytical approach
  • Passionate about helping people learn and grow

What you'll need

  • Experience in a Saas Sales/Customer Success roleStrong analytical/problemsolving skills and business acumen
  • Familiarity with elearning platforms and practices
  • Ability to build rapport with employees in global regions
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple frameworks, adapting to the learning styles of those you work with
  • Experience delivering onsite/online and 1:1/1:m trainings
