We are currently looking for a pro-active, organised and reliable Office Admin Assistant who enjoys being part of making a difference to people's lives.

As an individual, you enjoy organising complex diaries, supporting general office tasks, representing the company with enthusiasm and be part of ensuring the best delivery for our client journey.

The role is focused on communicating with both internal and external parties which makes this a very busy role.

This role is perfect for someone who is looking for a new challenge on a full time basis and would like to further develop their skills within Office Operations and Customer Service delivery.


Responsibilities include:


  • Providing administrative assistance to members of the Clinical and Operational Teams including, but not limited to; creating appointments, sending and formatting of letters, logging of post, sending appointment confirmation letters, answering the phone and directing calls
  • Providing comprehensive diary management support to the Clinical and Referral team where required.
  • Providing Reception and Office support where required by the Office and Communications Manager; including but not limited to welcoming clients, coordinating schedules for appointments, supporting induction procedures and coordination of internal meetings where needed.

  • Experience in complex Diary Management
  • Ability to work flexibly on own initiative or as part of a team
  • Ability to answer and direct calls appropriately with a professional manner
  • Ability to manage workload and work life balance
  • Remain professional at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences
  • Willingness to work flexibly to meet the company's needs
  • No record of any criminal conviction

Salary:
£20,000-£22,500 per annum dependent on experience
