We are recruiting for a Process Improvement Lead to join our Tactical Operations team on a permanent basis
What you'll be doing:
As our new Process Improvement Lead, you'll coordinate and deliver business process change and improvements primarily to our Interruption to Supply Outcome Delivery Incentive (I2S ODI) as well as supporting our wider operations across the business as part of a central community of practitioners.
You'll work with the business, programme team and BI partners to understand what the future performance / standards are, the gaps, and what is required for embedding learning and assurance.
Working alongside Tactical Operations verifications and root cause analyst roles, you'll evaluate the scale of process change, seek to maximise benefit realisation and support the business transformation towards process performance management.
You will also lead on organising and facilitating robust root cause challenge on both large events for interdepartmental teams in a timely manner.
The role will be expected to create regular reports and be expected to present progress updates to varying committee and governance groupsAs a valued employee you'll be entitled to:

Ideally you'll be Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt qualified, as well as:
- Experience in understanding and articulating change across end to end macro processes
- Able to deliver process change within major systems change
- Proven experience of process improvements and BPM practices
- Resilient, methodical and adaptable
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Attention to detail and excellent planning and prioritisation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven capability in challenging and managing ingrained views and resistance to change
