Hours:
Part Time - 25 hours Monday to Friday


Salary:
£23,000 per annum pro rata


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic letting professional to join our established team working in our busy town centre office.

A valued member of the C J Hole front office team, this role presents excellent prospects for professional growth and advancement.

Working closely with the Lettings, Property Maintenance and Accounts departments, you will soon become the 'go to' person in your team.

Previous experience within tenancy co-ordination, preparing tenancy agreements and tenant referencing is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.

As an accurate and customer-focused Tenancy Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing tenancy agreements, extensions, and other relevant documentation
  • Forwarding paperwork to landlords
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely receipt of funds and documentation before movein
  • Conducting referencing checks
  • Handling phone calls & arranging viewings
  • Providing support to lettings colleagues

Skills required for this exciting role:

  • A proven track record in Residential Lettings is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • The capacity to work under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of lettings legislation
  • Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure
  • Consistently deliver an exceptional level of customer service
