Description

Represent COMPANY interests in cross-functional circles, meetings, etc, as well as the realisation of top-down activities in conjunction with UR functions (ie UR-T, UR-V, etc) and PZ functions.

Ensuring that the best interests of the Company are always representedat the highest possible level.


Provide support to the departments regarding individual HR-related issues by supporting the strategic delivery of HR related aspects and enhance business performance.

Develop HR concepts for their respective field of responsibility in line with HR/BusinessStrategy. Actively shape and develop departments and their employees from an HR perspective (eg personnel development and appraisal)

Liaise, negotiate and influence relevant partners, both internally and externally, ensuring that the process requirements are met. Provide regular updates to customer groups to ensure that HR information, policies and processes are available, accurate andtimely.


Education required
Qualified to NVQ Level 5 or equivalent (eg Degree, Membership of Chartered Institute) preferably in an HR/Business Management related qualification

Experience required

  • Project management skills
  • Strong Company network
  • Ability to handle pressure whilst solving problems and conflicts
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Considerable business related experience required
  • Knowledge of Company Group agreements, HR processes, policies, instruments and systems
  • Employment law
  • Highly developed ability to prioritise, assert and make decisions
  • Experience of dealing with Company Councils
  • High level presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Understanding of MS Office and relevant IT systems
