About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Parts Supervisor to join our team at a leading Commercial dealership in Farnborough. As a key member of our Parts department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless parts supply.

• Work closely with the Parts Manager to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate stock levels and handle retail enquiries efficiently

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 1 1/2 years experience in a busy parts department (main dealer experience preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and IT literacy
• Negotiation, organisation, and time management skills
