Are you flexible on the hours you work? Do you have a natural passion for property? I have a great opportunity to be a part of a refurbishment project from the very beginning so if that ticks your boxes, keep reading

You should be prepared to work on an ad-hoc basis initially where you may only do a handful of hours in any given week.

Meeting contractors, liaising with the owners, being a responsible key holder. This role will expand as the project develops with the end goal of property managing the full site after the refurb

There will be a vast array of duties within this role, and you will grow with the organisation.

Further down the line there will be more involvement with the occupancy of the properties and the liaison with all parties involved ensuring that everyone has a smooth tenancy/sale.
