- 1 What will your job look like?
There will be numbers - lots of numbers You'll be scheduling shifts and holidays for our colleagues on our Time & Attendance system, working with Ops Managers and the Performance & Data Supervisor to make sure we've got what we need to get the job done efficiently and on time.
With over 30 tasks to assign labour to, you'll need to make sure everything's covered - from unloading containers, picking for stores, despatching customer orders, and processing returns.
There may be the odd week where we don't have what we need, and it'll be up to you to work with our Recruitment Supervisor and Training Supervisor to make sure we bring enough trained people in to cover the shortfall.
You'll also need to balance the seesaw of colleague needs vs operational requirements, ensuring you are fair and transparent with your decisions around the various requests that will come your way.

- 1 What are we looking for?
We're looking for a logical, methodical and data driven person who's not afraid to take raw data, manipulate it and deliver solutions to make things better.

- 1 A little about us:
From humble beginnings as a tight-knit family operation, we've grown into a prestigious kitchenware retailer with over 60 stores nationally, from Aberdeen to Truro.
We've done that by always staying ahead of the pack and looking at things in our own way. When the home freezing boom happened in the 70s, we anticipated a kitchenware revolution.
Now, we're investing millions to ensure that our online offering is top notch, and that our retail stores can offer an experience worthy of a visit.
That innovative spirit coupled with our intense customer focus has been the story of our success - work with us and it could be yours too.
