The post holder will be a registered Nurse and work with the wider health and multi agency skill mix team to deliver services to Children and Young People.To accept delegated responsibility to ensure/ maximise opportunities for children and young people to access / benefit from the Healthy Child Wales Programme in conjunction with the School Nursing Framework.
