The main job role will consist of;
shadowing and supporting staff within the room providing educational opportunities and meeting the needs of the children.

assisting nursery team in providing a friendly, caring and relaxing environment in order to encourage and develop children in our care.

ensuring all daily routines are adhered to and records kept up to date.
assisting in maintaining a safe, clean and tidy nursery room.
ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to and implemented in the nursery.
appropriately consoling children if they get upset.
communicating with parents and other visitors in a calm, friendly and efficient manner.
contributing to and participating in team meetings/team activities.
completing the requirements of a modern apprenticeship, within the defined timescales as set at the onset of your training
taking reasonable care of yourself and others and to comply with company health and safety rules.
Training Provided

Bojangles Nursery will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.

If successful, you will complete a Level 2 early years practitioner apprenticeship programme, delivered through Bojangles Nursery's dedicated training provider, Realise.
