Digital Marketing Systems Specialist

Birmingham (Hybrid Working:

only 1 day per month in the office)

Permanent - Full-time

Salary:

up to £50k DOE


My client, a UK's leading global assurance provider wishes to recruit a Digital Marketing Systems Specialist to work in an environment that combines strong values, decades of experience in risk management and mitigation and a keen focus on the future, lookingto support their clients whilst building a safer, more secure, more sustainable businesses.


You will be responsible for helping to improve the use of existing systems and technologies, evaluate and adopt new tools to support improved SEO, increased demand generation and more effective and efficient ways of working.

It is imperative that you havehands-on digital marketing systems experience, a strong attention to detail and solid communications skills.


Key responsibilities:


  • Developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing technology strategies to increase demand generation and driving sales.
  • Serving as a central client liaison between Marketing and Tech/IT teams to build relationships and support with system upgrades, maintenance, and resolutions.
  • Website development and SEO improvement, whilst managing EPiServer using systems such as:
Pardot, Salesforce, Sitecore, Magento.

  • Helping to lead the development of a global website and making sure to provide an excellent user experience to increase lead generation and sales growth
  • Review technology solutions and explore developments in the digital landscape to provide information and innovative ideas for new digital marketing channels and tactics.

What skills we are looking for:


  • Handson experience with technical tools, such as:
Pardot (Sitecore & Magento), EPiServer, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Mouseflow and SEO etc.

  • Experience in website testing, personalisation and conversion rate optimisation required
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Great at delivering digital marketing strategies and channel execution for lead generation
  • Proactive, passionate, flexible, and enthusiastic team player with a "can do" attitude.
