We are recruiting a Technical Supervisor to join the team located in London where they will be working alongside one of our major Clients, Bank of America.


Role Purpose
To be the Engineering Supervisor of a successful team who are committed to achieving the clients and company objectives. To support the Assistant Chief Engineer and be an integral member of the team. Undertake management cover where required.

Functionally reports to the Assistant Chief Engineer on all building services operational matters, including all critical and non-critical engineering work outputs.

This role has a direct report working collaboration with the Assistant Chief Engineer, MAC Manager, CEWA Manager, site engineering team.


Responsibilities

  • Day to Day involvement with all on site engineering related activities.
  • To support the management team where required.
  • To manage the apprentices at 2 KES
  • Assist with management of subcontractors.
  • Permit to Work Champion
  • Approval of PTW and SME on PTW
  • Assist with E Logbooks, ensuring 100% compliance. Monthly Checks.
  • To manage Compliance with the International Operational Risk Manager
  • Maintain compliance to all H & S & Bank of America policies in all areas
  • To support colleagues, ensuring their motivation and commitment to the client, contract and company.
  • Take a proactive approach to resolve all daytoday problems.
  • Assist with monitoring and reviewing permits and working practices on all maintenance activities.
  • To review and fully understand all emergency procedures.
  • Manage Specific contracts (TBC)
  • To Assist with Corrigo & Helpdesk in absence of ACE or Operation Coordinator.
  • Corrigo Upload of paperwork where required
  • To raise Waivers on Corrigo where required
  • To instill best working practices.
  • To carry out workplace inspections.
  • To collate information for weekly/monthly reports
  • Hazard Reports
  • Lift Report
  • PPM Report
  • Hazard Report
  • CBRE Statutory Reports.
