Executive Search Consultant / Retained Search Consultant

Central London / Hybrid

£50,000 TO £80,000 base plus commission and benefits

Opportunity for an experienced and driven vertical market recruiter to join a boutique, retained search business at Consultant / Senior Consultant level.

The position will suit a contigency recruiter looking to transition over to search.

The business specialises in a few niche markets and is looking for recruiters with international experience from the following: Life Sciences, Automotive, Chemicals, Logistics & Transportation, Consumer or Industrial.

There are opportunities to work as a 360 consultant, delivery consultant or as a fee earner.

You'll join an existing team of driven recruiters / search consultants, work on mandates from mid-senior to c-suite level. Will have a 'best practice' mentality coupled with a proven track record in recruitment and a passion to succeed. The role is hybridfrom the London offices.

Clear career pathways to vertical lead are very achievable with this organisation. As to is the opportunity to transfer to the US office if desired.
