Key Responsibilities:

Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including identifying injuries, muscle imbalances, and movement dysfunctions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals.

Rehabilitation: Guide patients through effective rehabilitation exercises and techniques, focusing on restoring function, improving mobility, and preventing further injuries.

Sports Performance Enhancement: Work with athletes to develop customized exercise programs that enhance performance, prevent injuries, and optimize athletic abilities.

Health and Wellness Promotion: Provide education and advice on exercise, nutrition, and overall wellness to help individuals maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in Sports Therapy or Related Field: Hold a relevant degree in sports therapy, exercise science, or a related discipline.

Clinical Skills: Possess strong assessment and treatment skills, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation techniques.
