My client is looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Manager (Hard Services / Engineering Bias) who will be responsible for the management and maintenance of one of London's iconic riverside multi-use sites.


This 13-acre site includes a conference centre, cafés, bars and restaurants, parks, riverside walkway, an award-winning co-operative housing and a family and children's centre.


The hard services include M&E contracts, lifts and engineering-related projects and the undertaking of the day-to-day supervision and management of these contracts ensuring KPI's are met/exceeded as well as respond to maintenance call-outs and requests byensuring contractors complete tasks to a high standard.


Requirements:


  • Minimum Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering or demonstrable extensive trade experience
  • Significant experience in an engineering facilities role within multi building services.
  • Previous appointment as Authorised Person for one or more of the following disciplines: LV, Mechanical Services, Confined Spaces, Boiler and Pressure Systems.
  • Experience of Construction Design Management Regulations (CDM)
