Our client is looking to add a Commercial Intellectual Property (IP) Solicitor to their growing legal team.

This position would be best suited to an experienced Commercial Solicitor with a proven track record gained in a reputable law firm or In-houseLegal Team.


  • Have proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements
  • Advise and support the Company on the protection, commercialisation, and enforcement of their Intellectual Property (IP)
  • Be a UK qualified solicitor with strong academics who has trained at a reputable law firm
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commercial / business outlook to their work
