HR Generalist - Reading - £30000-£35000

Our Client:

A well established organisation based in beautiful grounds on the outskirts of Reading, require a HR generalist to join their friendly team.

The Role:

You will have dual reporting lines between the HRD and the HR Business Partner, providing support to 500 staff and various line managers.

You will be the first point of contact for all HR and recruitment enquiries, providing administrative support on thewhole employee life-cycle.

Provide an efficient, effective and customer focused HR service which supports all aspects of an employee's relationship
Build effective working relationships with staff at all levels, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and practices ensuring best practice
Support in the research, creation and implementation of all HR policy and processes
Engage in promoting and 'living' the core values of the organisation
Ensure all data on manual and computerised records is accurate, compliant (in accordance with GDPR) and up to date and provide accurate and timely reports as and when required from the HRIS system
Manage the contractor database and IR35 administration
Support in the delivery of employment activities eg. induction courses and exit interviews

About You:

Ideally you will be CIPD level 3 or 5 and have a minimum of 1 years HR experience.
