We are currently looking to expand our team; if you are a caring, enthusiastic and experienced individual, you may be perfect for our Room Leader role.

We are looking for Room Leader to lead our 2-3 year old room.


This exciting job offers opportunity for growth and excellent training available to ensure you have the best experience possible whilst working at our Nursery.


  • Hold a relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification.
  • Have at least 2 year's experience in the Childcare setting.
  • Be full to the brim with energy and fun
  • Have a sincere love and passion for working with and educating children.
  • Have a good understanding of the EYFS and Safeguarding.
  • Be motivated and open to upskill and improve their learning.
  • Have a strong belief in buildingrelationships with Parent Partnerships to provide sound and cohesive learning to our children.
  • Previous Room Leader experience is desirable.

The Room Leader Role Involves:


  • Ensuring that all the children in our care feel safe, engaged, happy and supported.
  • Maintaining the highest standards when implementing Safeguarding in the Nursery setting.
  • Ensuring that the EYFS is implemented and applied to all the aspects of learning.
  • Ensuring all the children have as much fun as possible in a stimulating environment.
  • Promoting and upholding the Health & Safety Regulations for children, staff and visitors.
  • Ensuring that SEND is implemented, promoted and applied.
  • Making sure that the company's policies and procedures are consistently applied and adhered to.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Education:


  • Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:


  • Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
  • Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
  • Room leader: 1 year (preferred)
