TEAM LEADER
We are on the hunt for a special person to be a team leader at Tiny Town.


Your role will include:
Motivating the team to deliver guest service worth recommending.

Manage day to day operations of the café.

Monitor supplies and top up as needed.

Advise staff on the best way to resolve issues and deliver excellent customer service.

Working with children and creating a welcoming atmosphere for them.

Ensure all areas are clean and tidy.

Serving food such as cakes/children's lunch boxes.


Skills required:
Work experience as a team leader or equivalent.

Availability to work within opening hours 9am - 4pm includes one day at the weekend.

Some experience with making hot drinks and preparing food but not essential.

The ability to work with children and their families and be approachable.

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£11.00-£11.50 per hour
