Description

Kenneth Brian Associates are assisting in the recruitment for a progressive company based in Redhill who are looking for a Finance Director to join their team on a permanent basis.

For the role you will be a qualified accountant with at least 5 years experiencein a senior role but would still have a hands on approach at there is 4 members of staff (3 of which are active studiers) to manage.

Main Duties:

Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements to deadlines
Compile annual budgets for consideration and review
Maintain good relationships with the company's banks and responsible for weekly & monthly submissions along with regular audits
Daily monitoring of cash balances and review payments for approval along with managing the company's currency requirements
Oversee both stock and trade debtors ensuring their recoverability and accuracy
Responsibility for the company's insurance, outsourcing of IT and submission of compliance schemes
Responsible for the payroll and pension requirements
Manage a team of four ensuring training and career development where required
Support the Managing Director in any adhoc projects as well as assisting across the business when required
