Location:
Bathgate, EH48

Average 54-56 hours per week. Working 2 week rotating pattern, covering days, nights and weekends
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for Security Officers, who will work at our client's premises Bathgate.


You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.

We require Officers to be SIA licenced -
Security Guarding/Door Supervision

DUTIES

  • Ensure the safety of all staff and visitors on site
  • Gatehouse duties including access and egress controls
  • Protect client property
  • Liaise with the Police and other emergency services
  • Report/incident writing
  • Staff and vehicle searches'
  • To use sound judgement and good interpersonal skills when dealing with members of the public and onsite personnel
  • To support, promote and protect the business needs of the client
  • To conform to establishment Assignment Instructions and Risk Assessments
  • To conform to client processes and protocols
  • To participate in other duties commensurate to the role

JOB ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • SIA Licence
  • Security Guarding/Door Supervision
  • Previous gatehouse experience preferred
  • Be physically fit and patrol effectively by foot
  • Be flexible to meet the needs of the role; including short notice shift changes
  • Good level of communication skills and customer service
  • Basic IT skills
  • High standards of both punctuality and attendance to ensure team effectiveness and availability
