My client is a leading International Financial services firm. They offer a wide range of Alternative Investment Fund Manager services and are growing rapidly.


This is a rare opportunity for an individual with an understanding of the financial industry more specifically asset management and experience in both in-house and private practise.

In this varied role you will work closely with the in-house legal team


Necessary skills include:

  • Legal experience either as a paralegal or Legal counsel (inhouse or private practise).
  • Knowledge of asset management.
  • Experience ofdemonstrating an understanding of regulation and can advise accordingly.
  • Capacity to produce and advice on NDA's.
  • Stakeholder management.
The role is based out of their London office with flexibility surrounding Home-based and a hybrid working model.
