Our well established client are currently recruiting for an Audit & Accounts Senior to be based in our Salisbury office.


As an Audit and Accounts Senior working within their Salisbury office, you will be assisting the partners in the management and delivery of statutory audit (80%) and accounts preparation services (20%) for their Owner Managed Business Client portfolio.




Responsibilities

  • Planning audit assignments, identifying key risks, assessing how to test them, assessing and reviewing the budgets through to completing the audit tests for highrisk areas
  • Leading smaller audits, supervising, delegating, and reviewing work of trainees
  • Delivering information to clients in a timely manner while displaying indepth client and industry knowledge
  • Monitoring your chargeability and your assignment budgets proactively
  • Developing specialist sector knowledge and keeping abreast of industry developments ‍

Experience
At least 1-2 years of experience in Auditing Experience in supervising and coaching junior members of staff ‍


Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, partly, or fully ACCA/ACA qualified ‍


Skills:


  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and review skills.
  • Strong commitment to professional client service excellence. ‍


Although based in the Salisbury office, frequent travel to other offices will be required as well as across-office collaborative work with the audit team.
