Senior Administrator - Lifesight- Redhill, GB
LifeSight is WTW's (DC) MasterTrust. The LifeSight Senior Administrator role is an exciting opportunity and pivotal to LifeSight as we grow.
Reporting into the LifeSight Administration Manager, you will be supporting and providing guidance to the wider LifeSight administration team delivering quality member experience.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities to ensure efficient and effective delivery of client work to agreed deadlines complying to legislative and client requirements.
You will be involved in the doing and checking of more advanced calculations and complicated member/client queries (DC) in addition to playing an active role in mentoring and checking the work of the Administrators within the escalations team and on occasions the wider team.

- Acting as a liaison and an escalation point on issues, blockers, and risks, and understanding the impact of this on service delivery
- In conjunction with the Team Leader, ensuring that all service level agreements and performance standards are achieved
- Keeping abreast of all changes in legislation and ensuring that the Change framework is followed
- Building and maintaining technical, procedural, process and client knowledge
- Supporting the Team Lead to ensure productivity is at it optimum and is measured
- Ensuring investment in technical development and accreditation Stepping in for Team Leads as and when appropriate
The Requirements
- Demonstrable problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience of dealing with occupational DB/DC pension schemes and/or DC MasterTrust.
- Selfmotivated with a collaborative mindset
- Organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to time and diary manage
- Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence advantageous but not a prerequisite
