Role Overview
The Shoreditch and Clerkenwell lettings team are rapidly growing market share and require a dynamic lettings negotiator who can use their own initiative and display a positive "can do" approach to the role.

Key Responsibilities
As the lettings negotiator you will be responsible for liaising and negotiating directly with our clients as well as managing the process for applicants and tenants, helping them with their ongoing requirements.
You will be expected to take the lead on ensuring all required paperwork and checks that are carried out for each tenancy, with the support of your team; complying with all Savills processes, ARLA guidance and statutory legislation.
- Deal with all incoming calls as appropriate
- Applicant registration, care and management in line with company procedures
- Efficiently deal with landlord and tenant enquiries
- Meet and greet all people entering the office as appropriate
- Arrange and carry out viewings as required, establishing rapport with applicants.
- Provide clear and precise feedback to landlords following viewings, updating Reapit with feedback regularly.
- Maintain exceptional business relationships with Savills clients, including general market advice
- Matching of applicants and twice weekly applicant call out
- Deal with Relocation Agents
- Negotiate the terms of tenancies with landlord and tenants, managing the paperwork from point of offer
- Booking in pitches taking all necessary information
- Help build and expand the Savills Lettings business and to be aware of future opportunities
- Accounting to a line manager for all the above
Key Skills
We need someone who has a passion for providing excellent customer service.
You'll have a willingness to go the extra mile to help the team success as well as a proven record of hitting targets.
- Minimum of 2 years' prior lettings experience
- Ideally be ARLA qualified
- Knowledge of Shoreditch, Clerkenwell and surrounding areas
- Track record of achieving targets
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels
- Be comfortable working with multiple departments, fitting into different teams as required.
