Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner - Band 6

Full time, permanent role


Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner within the Coventry and Rugby IAPT Team, managing and coordinating a supportive and cohesive PWP Team.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a substantive Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner role within Coventry and Rugby locality of the IAPT service which is run in partnership with Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust and Coventry and Warwickshire MIND.


Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull IAPT service have a strong focus on client experience and outcome as well as staff wellbeing.

The service benefits from a robust support structure, with various learning and development opportunities including an inhouse CPD programme, whereby full time staff are allocated 5 study days per year to progress their skills and knowledge.

Flexible working is also supported wherever possible.
