We are currently looking for a
Property Estates Surveyor to join our team based at Quorn House in Loughborough.

Role Responsibility:

In the role of
Property Estates Surveyor you will be responsible for a number of tasks including:

Overseeing day to day estate management matters on freehold and leasehold industrial and commercial property
Negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews with landlords and their agents to achieve the best possible return
Optimising rental income generated by Tarmac's Land Portfolio
Budgeting, forecasting and approving property related costs including rent, rates, maintenance, service charges, and professional fees
Instructing and managing external consultants and agents
Updating and maintaining Tarmac's Land Information System

To be successful in the role of
Property Estates Surveyor you will have proven knowledge and experience of:

Property ownership and occupation in the UK, including landlord and tenant legislation
Negotiation of rent reviews, lease renewals and general estate management matters
Knowledge of town and country planning law, policy and practice
Ideally you'll have a well developed and expanding network of industry contacts
Knowledge of the UK industrial and commercial property market
