Description

A dynamic and growing team in Driffield is looking for a skilled machine operator to join them as they expand their operations.

This leading player in the food industry produces top-quality food products and has a commitment to high quality and innovation.

As a machine operative, you'll play a pivotal role in production and will be responsible for:

Operating and overseeing machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures to ensure optimal production output.
Monitor equipment performance, conduct regular checks, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
Collaborate with the production team to meet quality control standards and always adhere to safety regulations.
Proven experience as a machine operative in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting machinery, preferably within the food industry.
Good understanding of health and safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
